LOGISTICS

This page contains a practical logistics overview for players attending The Fog LARP: Godsend.
Among them are accommodation types and prices (hut beds, in-game/off-game camping, or off-site stays), how reservations and payments work, travel and shuttle options, optional pre-ordered meals, and when/where to expect further onboarding details.
Focus on the sections relevant to your needs, but don’t forget to review all available options before making a final decision.
Remaining practical details, including arrival procedures and on-site logistics, will be provided in a dedicated onboarding document ahead of the event.
If you have additional logistics-related questions that are not covered here, feel free to contact us.

Accommodation for Godsend is organized separately from the game ticket and must be reserved through us. Below you will find an overview of the available options, followed by clear instructions on how reservations and payments are handled.
Accommodation options
- Bed in Shumnatitsa Hut – 100 EUR for the entire game.
Accommodation in 4-people rooms. Limited availability. Reservation is for the full event period only (Monday-Friday, 5 nights). - Camping near the hut (off-game camping area) – 25 EUR per person for the entire game.
Designated, mown camping area near the hut, with access to toilet and shower facilities, waiting times may occur during peak hours. - In-game camping (faction camps) – 20 EUR per person for the entire game. Camping within faction in-game camps, with access to toilet and shower facilities, waiting times may occur during peak hours. Only in-game appropriate tents may be used in faction camps; modern hiking and camping equipment is not permitted in in-game areas
- Off-site accommodation – Players may arrange their own accommodation or use our partner agency Check-In Bulgaria, which is familiar with the event and can assist with finding suitable accommodation nearby.
Renting off-game camping equipment is possible in exchange for a reasonable fee.
Final details will be confirmed closer to the event, once demand is clear.
During ticket registration, players are asked whether they are interested in renting equipment. As the event approaches, all players who have expressed interest will be contacted with further details, including the individual price.
At this stage, the exact price cannot be communicated, as the renting service will be provided by an external company and will depend on final demand – more tents = lower price.
Expressing interest is not binding. Players who indicated interest will still be free to opt out later, and players who did not initially select this option may still be able to rent equipment.
Reservation process and instructions
Accommodation can only be reserved by players who have purchased a game ticket.
No ticket for the game means no accommodation reservation.
Beds in the hut are reserved only for the full duration of the event (Monday-Friday, 5 nights). Partial stays are not possible.
During ticket purchase, you will be asked to select your preferred accommodation option in the registration form.
If you select a bed in the hut, an organizer will contact you within 2-4 working days after your ticket purchase:
- If there are still available beds, you will receive a payment link.
- A limited number of beds are reserved for players with accessibility needs related to mobility or movement impairment. These are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not related to transport availability or access to a car.
Once you receive the payment link, you will have 14 days to complete the payment. If payment is not completed within this period, the reservation will be released.
If you select camping (off-game or in-game), an organizer will also contact you with payment details.
- Payment can be made via payment link in advance or on site (card or cash).
- Group payments are possible, and individual arrangements can be discussed if needed.
If you select off-site accommodation, you may either:
- arrange everything independently, or
- use our partner agency Check-in Bulgaria, which is familiar with the event and can assist with finding suitable accommodation nearby.
